Machine “know- how” and after-purchase support is very important to help you get the most from your machine purchase, we offer a free lesson with a service specialist to demonstrate how to use the functions of your machine and any computer functions and software capability* plus Hobbysew Stores offer in-store servicing and repairs with helpful sewing machine technicians part of our service.

All Brother machines from Hobbysew are Australian approved and fully backed by Factory Warranty.

In Sydney, Hobbysew is an Authorised Warranty Repair Centre for Brother sewing machines - it means if you have bought a Brother machine at Spotlight, Lincraft or other big box stores, bring the machine directly to Hobbysew and we will look after the warranty repair.

How it works:

• Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided and brought in along with machine
• It must be within Warranty Date - all models up to and including NS series have a 1 year warranty.
• All machines NV Series and above have a 1 year warranty on mechanical components and a 5 year warranty on electrical components.

If your machine is outside of warranty, we offer to service and repairs at normal cost.
